LGC Policy Updates & No Show Policy
SHOUT OUT SENT JUNE 27th, 2025
Effective Date: Saturday July 5th 2025
To provide the best possible experience for all our members and guests and ensure fair access to tee times, The Lively Golf Club has implemented the following:
No-Show Policy
-
A “No-Show” is defined as:
-
Not arriving for your tee time without proper notice.
-
Arriving with fewer players than reserved without notice.
-
-
A fee of the TOTAL GREEN FEE PRICE PER TIME SLOT and per
no-showed player will be charged to the Booker.
-
Repeat offenders may face restricted booking privileges.
GREEN FEE PLAYER
Green Fee players will have to pay for their round upon booking through Tee-On.
When using Tee-On for the booking, your credit card will be stored in your account. In the future you can either book on-line or call to book and we can charge the tee time through our POS.
You will have 24 hours to cancel your tee time to receive a refund.
In the event of severe weather, players who call to cancel inside 24 hours, will be given a rain-check for what they paid for.
MEMBERS of the Lively Golf Club
The cancellation time frame for members will be 4 hours on the day of tee time to not be charged for the no show.
Online will continue to be 24 hours.
Members may book times in accordance with their membership level privileges. Once a member has booked a tee time, they will be held solely responsible for filling their foursome and/or cancelling their time or allotted player slots should they not be able to fill their foursome. Failure to cancel tee time or player slots no later than 4 hrs prior to tee time will result in that member being charged a full green fee amount PER PERSON not cancelled. Members in violation will be notified by Pro Shop and must pay their fine in full within 7 days. Failure to make payment will result in loss of golfing privileges until payment is made.
JUNIOR MEMBERS of the Lively Golf Club
The cancellation time frame for junior members will be 4 hours on the day of tee time to not be charged for the no show.
Online will continue to be 24 hours.
The Booking junior member who does not comply will receive a call from our Golf Operations Manager and their account will be documented with a no show.
With a second no show a call from our General Manager will be made to the parent/guardian and a second no show will be documented to their account.
A 3rd no show will result in suspension of booking privileges for the remainder of the season.
Inclement Weather
-
In cases of course closure due to severe weather, no-show fees will be waived.
-
If the course remains open, standard policies apply.

DRESS ETIQUETTE
Inappropriate attire includes cut-offs, gym shorts, track or sweat-pants, bathing suits, graphic T’s, mesh jerseys, team jerseys, tank tops, halter tops, any garment displaying an offensive statement, or shoes with hard cleats/spikes.
It is the Board's sincere hope that our Club Management NOT be required to confront any member or guest about their attire which is invariably an uncomfortable experience for both parties.
It is hoped that by having a relaxed clubhouse etiquette and simplifying on-course clothing use, we can reasonably provide comfortable attire for everyone.
